Items bought online will be sent in the best delay. We will contact you by email if any additional delay or back order (BO) on your purchase.





For the return, the manufacturer warranty will be apply. If you think your item shoul be covered by the warranty, please contact Pro MX Sport at . We will study your case and see if any warranty is applicable. If in fact the item is covered by the warranty we will inform you by email and will give you a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA#). Please note that you will have to provide us the original proof of purchase if you want us to study your case. N.B you can also open a warranty file in store with the parts clerk.

IMPORTANT: Do not send anything to Pro MX Sport prior to get your return merchandise authorisation number (RMA#).
